Open Instagram and log in
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Accounts Center
Tap Your information and permissions
Tap Download your information
Choose the Instagram account
Select the data format
Choose the date range
Choose the media quality
Tap Create files
Wait for the download request to be processed
Open the email or notification from Instagram
Tap the download link
Enter your password if prompted
Download the ZIP file to your device
Extract the ZIP file to view your data
