Copy the Reel link
Open a trusted Reel downloader website or app
Paste the copied link into the downloader
Select the download option that includes video and audio
Start the download
Save the file to your device
If the Reel has music restrictions, use a screen recorder with sound enabled
Make sure you have permission to download and reuse the content
