Open the Instagram app or website
Find the Reel you want to download
Tap the share icon or three-dot menu
Check whether Instagram offers a Save or Download option
If available, tap Download
If no download option appears, use Instagram’s Save feature to bookmark it
If you own the Reel, open the post settings and use the download or archive options
On a computer, use a browser and check for any available download tools only if permitted
