Open the DigiLocker app or website and sign in with your account
Go to the search bar and look for your education board, university, or issuing authority
Select the correct issuer from the list
Search for “Migration Certificate” in the available documents
Enter the required details such as roll number, registration number, or year of passing
Verify your identity if prompted using OTP or Aadhaar-linked details
Once the document appears, click or tap on it
Select the download or save option
Save the migration certificate to your device or DigiLocker account
If the document is not available, check whether your institution has issued it through DigiLocker
If needed, contact your school, college, university, or board for DigiLocker availability
