You cannot install the Google Play Store directly on a Windows or Mac PC as a native app
Install an Android emulator such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, NoxPlayer, or MEmu
Download the emulator from its official website
Install and open the emulator on your PC
Sign in with your Google account inside the emulator
Open the Play Store app inside the emulator
Search for the Android app you want
Click Install to download it inside the emulator
If you want Play Store on a Chromebook, open the Google Play Store app from the launcher
If the Play Store is missing on a Chromebook, turn on Google Play Store in Settings
If the Play Store is missing on a PC, use an emulator or Android-x86/Windows Subsystem for Android where supported
