Click on the “Am I Eligible” or “Beneficiary Identification System” option
Enter your mobile number or ration card details to search your name
Complete OTP verification if prompted
If your name is listed, visit the nearest PM-JAY empanelled hospital or CSC center
Provide your Aadhaar number or registered mobile number for verification
Ask the operator to generate or print your PMJAY e-card
Download the card from the official portal if the download option is available
Log in using your registered details
Search your beneficiary record and select the download/print option
Save the card as PDF or print it directly
If you cannot download online, use the Ayushman Bharat mobile app or visit a CSC center for assistance
