Open the Reels video you want to save
Tap the share or options menu
Check whether a download or save option is available
If available, tap download or save to device
If no download option exists, use the platform’s built-in save feature if offered
If you own the Reel, open your posted Reel and use the download option from the menu
Use a screen recording feature if downloading is not available
Save the recorded video to your device
Make sure you have permission to download or reuse the content
