Open Safari or another web browser on your Mac
Go to spotify.com/download
Click Download
Open the downloaded Spotify installer file
Drag Spotify into the Applications folder
Open Applications and launch Spotify
Sign in to your Spotify account or create one
If prompted, allow any required permissions
