Open the Goldcast event or session you want to download from
Sign in with an account that has access to the content
Look for a Download, Export, or Video options menu
Check whether the organizer has enabled video downloads
If a download button is available, click it to save the video
If no download option appears, contact the event organizer or Goldcast support
If you are the event owner, go to the Goldcast dashboard or media library
Open the recording or video asset you want to download
Select the download option for the file or recording
Choose the preferred video quality if prompted
Save the file to your device
If the video is embedded in a page without a download option, use the platform’s official export or recording tools only
Review your account permissions if the download option is missing
