Draw a square
Draw a second square slightly offset behind the first
Connect the matching corners of both squares with straight lines
Make sure all edges are straight and parallel where appropriate
Erase any overlapping guide lines if needed
Darken the visible edges of the cube
Add shading to one or more faces to show depth
