Draw a small oval for the paw pad
Add four smaller rounded shapes above it for the toes
Connect the toes to the main pad with short curved lines
Round the edges of each toe
Add a curved line at the bottom of the main pad
Refine the outline to make the paw look natural
Erase any extra sketch lines
Darken the final outline
