Sketch the back paws with small rounded pads
Add a tail as a curved line or fluffy curved shape on the back
Refine outlines to make the puppy look soft and rounded
Add fur texture with short, light strokes around the head, ears, and body
Erase extra construction lines
Darken final outlines
Add shading under the chin, around the eyes, and beneath the body
Color the puppy (coat base, darker spots if desired)
