Draw a large circle for the head
Draw a smaller oval below the head for the body
Add two small rounded ears on top of the head
Draw two small circles for the eyes
Add a small oval or triangle for the nose

Add inner ear shapes inside both ears

Outline the teddy bear with a darker line
Erase extra sketch lines
Color the teddy bear as desired
