How To Draw A Tiger?

Draw an oval for the tiger’s head

Add a smaller oval for the snout at the front

Sketch two small triangles for the ears on top of the head

Draw two guidelines for the face (a vertical center line and a horizontal eye line)

Place almond-shaped eyes along the eye line

Add a small nose at the end of the snout

Draw a curved mouth line extending from the sides of the snout

Sketch the neck and shoulders with two slanted shapes

Add the front legs using long, slightly curved cylinders

Add the back legs with bent, rounded shapes

Draw the torso as a larger oval or rounded rectangle beneath the head

Add paws with rounded shapes at the ends of the legs

Draw the tail as a long curved shape extending from the back

Lightly outline the fur contours around the head, neck, and body

Add stripes: start with broad bands across the forehead and cheeks

Continue stripes down the body in curved, irregular bands

Add smaller stripes on the legs and around the tail

Leave the belly area lighter by keeping fewer or thinner stripes there

Add whisker pads and whisker lines extending from the sides of the snout

Refine the outline with clean, confident lines

Erase extra construction lines

Shade the tiger: darken around eyes, nose, and stripe edges

Add lighter shading on the muzzle, chin, and inner cheeks

Enhance contrast by shading between stripes and under the chin and belly

Add final details: pupils, subtle fur texture, and crisp stripe borders
