Draw a simple almond shape
Add a circle inside for the iris
Draw a smaller circle inside for the pupil
Add a tiny white spot for the highlight
Sketch a curved line above for the upper eyelid
Add a lighter curved line below for the lower eyelid
Draw short curved lashes on the upper lid
Add a few smaller lashes on the lower lid
Shade around the pupil
Darken the outer edge of the iris
Lightly shade the rest of the iris
Add a crease line above the eye
Erase extra lines and clean up the edges
