Draw a small oval for the top scoop
Add a second oval slightly overlapping the first for a larger scoop
Draw a third rounded shape below if you want more scoops
Sketch the cone with two diagonal lines extending downward
Connect the diagonal lines with a curved line at the bottom
Add crisscross lines on the cone to make a waffle pattern
Outline the scoops with smooth curved edges
Add a drip or two where the ice cream meets the cone
Erase extra lines and clean up the shape
Color the scoops and cone as desired
