Draw a small circle or oval for the head
Add two large eyes on the front of the head
Draw a curved line under the eyes for the mouth
Sketch eight long, curved arms extending from the bottom of the head
Make the arms spread out in different directions
Add suction cups along the underside of each arm
Round out the head and smooth the body shape
Erase any extra sketch lines
Outline the drawing with clean, dark lines
Color the octopus as desired
