Draw a small oval for the head
Add a larger oval for the body
Connect the head and body with two curved lines for the neck
Sketch four thin legs extending from the body

Refine the body shape to make it smooth and natural

Erase extra lines
Outline the final deer shape
Add simple details like spots or fur lines if desired
