Draw a small circle or oval for the first grape
Add more overlapping circles or ovals around it
Vary the sizes slightly for a natural cluster
Draw a short curved stem at the top
Add a small branch connecting the grapes to the stem
Sketch a few leaves near the stem if desired
Outline the cluster with a smooth outer shape
Erase extra guide lines
Add curved highlight shapes on some grapes
Shade the opposite side of each grape for depth
Darken the spaces between overlapping grapes
