Add buttons and straps to the overalls
Sketch a few hair strands on top of the head
Outline the drawing with a dark pen or pencil
Erase extra sketch lines
Color the body yellow
Color the overalls blue
Color the goggles gray
Color the eyes white with black pupils
Color the shoes black or dark gray
