Draw a smaller circle or oval on top for the head

Add a small triangle or beak below the eyes
Draw two curved lines on each side for wings
Add two short legs below the body
Draw three small claws on each foot
Add ear tufts on top of the head if desired
Outline the body with soft curved lines
Add feather details with short curved strokes
Erase extra guide lines
Color the owl as desired
