Choose a natural-bristle dry brush with a long handle if needed
Use the brush on dry skin before showering
Start at your feet and brush upward toward your heart
Use light, short strokes on arms and legs
Use gentle circular motions on the stomach and chest
Brush the back, moving upward where possible
Avoid sensitive areas, broken skin, rashes, and sunburn
Use lighter pressure on the neck and chest
Brush each area several times without over-scrubbing
Shower afterward to rinse off loosened skin
Apply moisturizer after showering
