Open TikTok and find the video you want to duet
Tap the Share button on the right side of the video
Tap Duet
Choose a layout if prompted
Make sure the sound is enabled
Record your part alongside the original video
Tap the checkmark when finished
Add any edits, text, or filters if desired
Tap Next
Add a caption and hashtags
Tap Post
