Wash fresh anjeer under running water
Eat it whole or cut it into halves
Remove the stem if needed
Eat the skin and seeds together
If using dried anjeer, rinse it lightly
Soak dried anjeer in water or milk for 15 to 30 minutes if you want it softer
Eat soaked dried anjeer directly
Chop anjeer and add it to salads
Mix anjeer with yogurt or oatmeal
Blend anjeer into smoothies
Add chopped anjeer to desserts or cereals
Eat it as a snack between meals
Remove any damaged or moldy parts before eating
