Select the cell with the dropdown
Go to the Data tab
Click Data Validation
In the Settings tab, edit the source list or criteria
Change the items, range, or formula as needed
Click OK
To change the dropdown options, edit the source cells if the list comes from a range
To remove the dropdown, open Data Validation and click Clear All
To copy the edited dropdown to other cells, use copy and paste or Format Painter
