Open the Facebook app or website and log in
Go to your profile
Click or tap About
Select Contact and basic info or Personal details
Find your birth date
Click or tap Edit next to your birth date
Change the month, day, and year
Choose who can see your birth date if prompted
Click or tap Save
If you cannot edit it, go to Help and Support or request a birth date change through Facebook support
