Open the eBay app or website and sign in
Go to My eBay
Select Purchase history
Find the item or seller review you want to change
Open the review or feedback you previously left
Check whether eBay allows editing for that review
Edit the review if the option is available
Save or submit the changes
If editing is not available, delete the review if the option exists
Leave a new review if eBay allows it after deletion
Contact eBay Help if you cannot edit or remove the review
