Open Facebook and go to your Page
Click your Page profile picture or Page name
Click Settings and privacy
Click Settings
Click Page setup or Page information
Click Name
Enter the new Page name
Click Review change or Save changes
Confirm the change if prompted
Wait for Facebook to review the request if required
