Open the world in Minecraft
Press Esc
Click Open to LAN
Set Allow Cheats to On
Click Start LAN World
Use cheat commands in chat
For a new world, turn Allow Cheats On in world settings before creating it
On Bedrock Edition, enable Cheats in world settings before starting the world
