Open Settings
Click Device
Click Displays
Check whether Touchscreen is listed as available
Restart the Chromebook
Update ChromeOS
Press and hold Esc + Refresh, then press Power to enter recovery if needed
If the touchscreen is disabled in tablet mode settings, enable tablet mode
If using a managed Chromebook, contact the administrator
If the touchscreen still does not work, run hardware diagnostics
If the touchscreen is not detected, it may require repair
