Restart your PC
Enter BIOS/UEFI setup during startup
Open the Advanced, CPU Configuration, or Security menu
Find Intel Virtualization Technology, VT-x, AMD-V, or SVM Mode
Set the virtualization option to Enabled
Save changes and exit BIOS/UEFI
Boot into Windows 10
Open Task Manager
Go to the Performance tab
Select CPU
Check that Virtualization shows Enabled
