Enter BIOS/UEFI by restarting your PC and pressing Del, F2, or the key shown on screen
Go to the overclocking, memory, or advanced settings section
Find XMP, DOCP, EOCP, or EXPO
Enable the XMP profile
Select the desired XMP profile, usually Profile 1
Save changes and exit BIOS/UEFI
Let the system reboot
Verify the RAM is running at the expected speed in BIOS or Windows
If the system is unstable, return to BIOS/UEFI and try a different profile or lower memory speed
