How to End Your Facebook Account?

Back up any photos, videos, messages, or other data you want to keep

Go to Settings and privacy

Open Settings

Select Accounts Center

Choose Personal details

Select Account ownership and control

Click Deactivation or deletion

Choose Delete account

Follow the on-screen prompts

Enter your password if asked

Confirm the deletion request

Do not log back in during the deletion waiting period if you want the deletion to proceed

Remove the Facebook app from your devices if desired
