Open the Walmart app or website
Sign in to your Walmart account
Go to your orders or purchase history
Select the item you want to return or exchange
Choose the return option
Select that you have a gift receipt
Enter the gift receipt number or scan the receipt barcode if prompted
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return or exchange
Print the return label or get a return code if required
Bring the item, gift receipt, and any required packaging to Walmart or ship it back as instructed
