Open the Settings app
Tap Safari
Tap Clear History and Website Data
Tap Clear History and Data to confirm
To delete specific sites only, open Safari
Tap the Bookmarks icon
Tap the History tab
Swipe left on a website entry and tap Delete
To clear website data only, go to Settings
Tap Safari
Tap Advanced
Tap Website Data
Tap Remove All Website Data
To use Private Browsing in the future, open Safari
Tap the Tabs button
Tap Private
