Open the Flipkart app or website and log in to your account
Go to your orders section
Select the product you want to exchange
Check whether exchange is available for that item
Click on the exchange option
Choose the reason for exchange if asked
Select the product condition and any required details
Pick the replacement product or exchange offer if available
Confirm the exchange request
Prepare the item for pickup with all original accessories, tags, and packaging if required
Hand over the old item to the delivery partner during pickup
Track the exchange status in your orders section
Receive the replacement product after the exchange is approved and completed
