Save any important files to an external drive or cloud storage
Plug in the charger and keep the laptop connected to power
Turn off the laptop
Turn it back on and immediately press the F11 key repeatedly until the Recovery screen appears
Select Troubleshoot
Select Reset this PC
Choose Remove everything
Select Local reinstall or Cloud download if prompted
Follow the on-screen instructions to begin the reset
Wait for the reset process to complete
Set up the laptop again after it restarts
