Back up any important data
Charge the tablet or plug it into power
Open Settings
Tap System or General Management
Tap Reset or Reset options
Select Factory data reset or Erase all data
Review the warning
Tap Reset, Erase, or Delete all
Enter your PIN, password, or pattern if prompted
Confirm the reset
Wait for the tablet to restart and erase itself
Set up the tablet again after it restarts
