Open the Ring app and remove the device from your account if you want to fully disconnect it
Locate the setup button on the Ring Doorbell
Press and hold the setup button for 10 to 20 seconds
Wait for the light to flash or the device to restart
Release the button once the reset begins
Reconnect the Ring Doorbell in the Ring app as a new device
Re-enter Wi-Fi details during setup
If needed, repeat the reset process after charging or replacing the battery
