Open Settings
Click Update & Security
Click Recovery
Under Reset this PC, click Get started
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Follow the on-screen prompts
Select Cloud download or Local reinstall if prompted
Confirm your choices
Click Reset
Wait for Windows to restart and complete the reset
