Open Adobe Substance 3D
Go to Preferences or Settings
Find the Reset, Restore Defaults, or Factory Defaults option
Confirm the reset when prompted
Close and reopen the application
If needed, sign out of your Adobe account
Uninstall the app
Delete remaining Adobe Substance 3D preference and cache files
Reinstall Adobe Substance 3D
Launch the app again and sign in if required
