Gather wool roving or loose wool
Fill a basin with hot water and add soap
Submerge the wool completely
Gently press and squeeze the wool
Roll, rub, and agitate the wool repeatedly
Add more hot water and soap as needed
Continue until the fibers bind together
Rinse the felted wool with cool water
Press out excess water
Shape and dry the felted wool
