Log in to the GST portal
Go to Services
Select User Services
Click My Applications
Select Application for Intimation of Voluntary Payment
Choose Form DRC-03
Select the reason for payment
Enter the tax period and payment details
Fill in tax, interest, penalty, and fee details
Upload supporting documents if required
Generate challan and make payment if not already paid
Enter the payment reference details
Verify all details entered
Submit the form using DSC, EVC, or E-sign as applicable
Save the acknowledgment and ARN for future reference
