Select the applicable ITR form
Choose the filing mode as Online
Click Continue
Verify your pre-filled details
Enter personal details if required
Fill in income details from salary, house property, business, capital gains, or other sources
Add deductions under relevant sections
Enter tax payment details if any
Check bank account details for refund
Review all entered information
Validate the return
Submit the return
Complete e-verification using Aadhaar OTP, net banking, EVC, or other available method
Download the acknowledgment after successful filing
