Go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the prompts to reset your password
Check your trusted devices for a password reset notification
Use your trusted phone number to receive a verification code
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name
Tap Password & Security
Tap Change Password
Enter your device passcode if prompted
Use Account Recovery if you cannot access your trusted devices
Contact Apple Support if you still cannot reset it
