Open any app where you can type, such as Messages, Notes, or Chrome
Tap and hold in a text field
Tap Clipboard or the clipboard icon on the keyboard
If you use Gboard, tap the clipboard icon in the top toolbar of the keyboard
If you do not see it, tap the three dots on the keyboard toolbar and look for Clipboard
On Samsung Keyboard, tap the clipboard icon on the keyboard toolbar
If clipboard history is disabled, turn it on in the keyboard settings
If the keyboard does not show clipboard, check your device settings for keyboard options
Some Android phones only show the last copied item unless clipboard history is enabled
