Open the Files app
Tap Browse
Tap On My iPhone or iCloud Drive
Open the Downloads folder
Check the Recents tab in the Files app
Use the Search bar in Files to find the file name
Check Safari downloads by tapping the Downloads icon in Safari
Look in the Photos app for images and videos
Check the Mail app if the file was downloaded from an email
Check the app where the file was originally downloaded from
