Use Facebook’s official account recovery page: https://www.facebook.com/login/identify
Enter the email address, phone number, or name linked to the account
Follow the verification steps sent by Facebook
Reset the password using the recovery link or code
If you still have access to a logged-in device, go to Settings and Privacy, then Accounts Center, then Password and security, then Change password
If you suspect your account was hacked, use Facebook’s hacked account recovery page: https://www.facebook.com/hacked
