Go to Apple ID account recovery: https://iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen verification steps
Check your trusted devices for a password reset prompt
Check your trusted phone number for a verification code
Use the Apple Support app or Apple Support website to reset your Apple ID password
If you are already signed in on an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings
Tap your name
Tap Sign-In & Security
Tap Change Password
If you are signed in on a Mac, open System Settings
Click your name
Click Sign-In & Security
Click Change Password
If you use a password manager, check there for saved Apple ID credentials
If you cannot reset it, contact Apple Support
