Check your bank’s mobile banking app
Log in to internet banking and look under profile or account details
Open your bank’s SMS banking service if available
Check the welcome kit or account opening documents
Look at your bank passbook or account statement
Visit your bank branch and request the MMID
Call your bank’s customer care and ask for the MMID
Use your bank’s USSD or mobile banking menu if supported
If you use IMPS, find the MMID in the IMPS section of your banking app
Request a new MMID from the bank if you do not have one
